At Laurel Bath House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
